Job summary

RetailHub Sourcing in Los Angeles is seeking a skilled Mason to join our construction team. You will build and repair structures using brick, stone, and concrete on commercial and residential projects. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of Masonry experience, reads blueprints, and works with precision.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Mason.
• English proficiency required; Malayalee speakers preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans.
• Strong masonry techniques and materials knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
• Prepare surfaces for laying bricks or other materials
• Mix mortar or grout according to specifications
• Lay out patterns or designs according to plans
• Cut or shape bricks or other materials to fit specific spaces
• Use a variety of tools such as trowels, levels, saws, and chisels
• Install insulation materials
• Construct corners or curves in walls using corner poles or template patterns
• Clean excess mortar from finished work
• Repair cracks or damage in existing masonry structures
