Job summary

Johnson Outdoors Inc. seeks an assembly worker to perform routine to moderately complex assembly and subassembly on assigned products in a manufacturing environment. You will use machinery and hand tools, ensure quality and meet production targets, and participate in maintaining a safe work area.

Responsibilities include setting up and calibrating equipment, performing inspections, documenting actions, and assisting with process improvements while adhering to safety and workmanship standards.
