Salary Range: $22.00 To $26.40 Hourly

Full-Time Skilled Maintenance Worker Needed in Providence, RI!

Pay:$22- $26.40 per hour (based on education and experience)

The Skilled Maintenance Worker will be an experienced member of The Groden Network's Maintenance Team. This position will be responsible for performing both skilled and general duties involving one or more specialized skills in the building trades to include; carpentry, plumbing and electrical work. In this role, one must maintain and repair a variety of Network buildings and perform related work as required and within appropriate budget approval.

Education, Experience and Special Skills Needed:

• High School degree or G.E.D. Equivalent
• Valid and appropriate State of Rhode Island Driver's license and acceptable driving record at time of hire (must maintain throughout employment)
• Five years employment in general maintenance work in the above-described trades; two years of increasingly responsible experience performing one or more specialized duties within the building trades
• Skill in the operation of mechanical equipment and tools
• Operate snowplow in designated locations to ensure snow removal; remove snow from curbs, sidewalks, walkways, etc.
• Communicate effectively orally and in writing
