Qualifications

• Skill in operating mechanical equipment and tools.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform skilled and general maintenance in carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work.
• Maintain and repair Network buildings within budget requirements.
• Operate mechanical equipment and tools as needed.
• Remove snow from curbs, sidewalks, and walkways.
• Communicate effectively in writing and orally.
