Qualifications

• Rhode Island driver's license and clean driving record at time of hire.
• Five years in general maintenance; two years in building trades duties.

Responsibilities

• Perform skilled and general maintenance across carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work.
• Repair and maintain Groden Network buildings within approved budget.
• Operate mechanical equipment and tools.
• Remove snow from curbs, sidewalks, walkways and designated areas.
