Qualifications

• 2–3 years of maintenance experience required.
• Experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical and general repairs.
• Must be able to communicate with residents and team members.

Responsibilities

• Diagnoses and repairs HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances and other systems.
• Complete service requests and repairs in a timely manner.
• Ensure vacant homes are rent-ready and perform preventative maintenance.
• Assist with painting and safety policy adherence.
• Operate within safety standards and proper chemical handling.
