Responsibilities

• Perform building maintenance tasks with safety as a priority.
• Assist with room flips, drywall work, painting, and installing items like cabinets and closet doors.
• Move furniture and other general duties as assigned by the Property Services Manager or Administrator.
• Assist with minor repairs and work orders throughout the property.
• Assist with snow removal.
• Participate in on-call rotation.
