Job summary

Oakmont Management Group’s Ivy Living community, Ivy Blue Oaks, seeks a Maintenance Technician to maintain physical plant, exteriors, and resident units in a senior living setting. Full-time hours with day shifts; pay range $18.00–$22.00 hourly.

Responsibilities include basic electrical, plumbing, and HVAC work, assisting with apartment turnovers, and grounds maintenance. Candidates should be 18+, with a high school diploma and willingness to pass background checks.

Qualifications

• Prefer six months of maintenance/housekeeping experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to operate MS Office programs (Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.
• Assist with apartment turnovers – painting, carpet cleaning, pressure washing.
• Maintain grounds including pool and spa if applicable.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for staff, residents, and guests, following safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with co-workers and other departments.
