Lancaster Central School District is seeking a JOURNEYMAN-level trades professional to perform skilled work in maintenance, troubleshooting, repair and installation of buildings, equipment and systems across the district. A strong skilled-trades background is required and district residency is preferred.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting and diagnosing equipment and system failures, performing skilled repairs and preventive maintenance, and reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics

Qualificações

• High school graduate and three (3) years experience in commercial or institutional facilities maintenance or service trades; or seven (7) years experience in commercial or institutional facilities maintenance or service trades; or an equivalent combination of training and experience.

Responsabilidades

• Troubleshooting and diagnosing equipment and system failures, performing skilled repairs and preventive maintenance, and reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics and technical documentation.
