Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Background check, physical, and U.S. citizenship or legal resident status.
• Read blueprints, HVAC diagrams, and installation manuals.
• Technical training in two of: chillers, cooling towers, boilers, furnaces, refrigeration, air conditioning.
• Five years HVAC service/repair experience.
• Valid New Jersey Driver's License.
• BA Systems/BAS certificate or plan to obtain within 2 years.
• Black Seal License or plan to obtain within 2 years.
• Advanced HVAC/R troubleshooting and diagnostics.
• Knowledge of safety regs including PEOSHA.

Responsibilities

• Expedite all work orders as directed by Facilities Manager.
• Maintain project records and accounting for facilities.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and replace HVAC/R equipment and components.
• Inspect and verify operation of boilers, AHUs, rooftops, and ventilation systems.
• Respond to emergencies and maintain safety standards.
