Cumberland Valley School District is seeking a Maintenance/HVAC Tradesman to operate and maintain all mechanical systems within the District. The role requires performing maintenance trade activities to keep District property in good repair and may involve acting as crew leader on team projects.

Qualifications include a High School diploma, with preferred vocational training and five+ years of trade experience.

Formación

• Must have approved High School diploma; vocational training per trade preferred.
• Five or more years of practical experience in one or more trades (or combined experience).
• Applicant should be able to obtain/maintain licenses/certifications applicable to the job.

Responsabilidades

• Operate and maintain all district mechanical systems.
• Perform maintenance trade activities to keep District property in good repair.
• Serve as crew leader on tasks or projects requiring team effort.
• Capable of operating tools of the trade and working with various trades.
• Be available for on-call evening and weekend hours.
