Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required and 3-4 years of experience.
• Completed all required training curriculum to be designated a Tech II.
• Proficiency with computer use, Microsoft Office and dealer software.

Responsibilities

• Conducts all assigned work in a safe manner per regulations and uses PPE.
• Attends and completes technician training classes.
• Maintains tools and resources to diagnose and repair equipment to specs.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems on customer or company equipment.
• Work neatly, look for process improvements and safety enhancements.
• Inspects components to maximize parts reuse and records repairs with appropriate software.
• Monitors job expenses vs estimates and flags cost overruns before completion.
• Approaches work positively, supports a collaborative Team environment, and mentors others.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
