Qualifications

• Strong mechanical, math, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated good performance in current role.
• Ability to effectively use/read tape measure.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Operate machine, basic troubleshooting, making adjustments and escalation as required to maintain quality and production requirements.
• Work from work orders, samples, specification book, instructions; use hand tools and measuring devices.
• Load in-process work, set controls, adjust speed/feeds, and properly package and store completed items.
• Maintain production logs and document time/production information; detect and report defects or abnormal conditions.
• Observe safety rules, wear PPE, and keep a clean, organized work area.
• Perform other similar or related duties as assigned.
