Qualifications

• Strong mechanical and math abilities.
• Ability to read a tape measure and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Operate machine and perform adjustments to meet quality and production requirements.
• Use small hand tools and measure materials with a tape measure.
• Monitor product quality and maintain production logs and records.
• Follow safety rules, PPE requirements, and document any issues or abnormal conditions.
• Record production time and report defects or equipment problems.
