Job summary

Loparex LLC is hiring for a day-shift to night-shift production operator in Wisconsin. You will operate extrusion machinery, perform start-up and changeovers, monitor quality, and maintain documentation and labels. This role requires safety focus, basic math, and the ability to work 12-hour shifts, with attendance expectations.

Qualifications

• Requires the ability to read and write, follow verbal and written instructions, use basic math, take accurate measurements and use hand tools.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to operate and troubleshoot machinery.
• Strong interpersonal and team skills; prior manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate the machine including start-up, changeover, shutdown and daily operation.
• Observe and monitor machine for defects and correct issues; notify appropriate personnel.
• Enter data and print roll labels using a computer.
• Perform routine quality testing on product and maintain a clean, safe work area.
