Job summary

Medline Hartland, Wisconsin is seeking a Machine Operator II for the 1st shift to safely operate production equipment and help deliver high-quality products to customers.

Responsibilities include setting up, monitoring, and troubleshooting machinery; inspecting output for quality; performing basic maintenance and cleaning; and responding to breakdowns to minimize downtime. Requires a high school diploma and about 1 year in manufacturing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• 1 year of manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, monitor, and troubleshoot machinery to detect and report malfunctions.
• Prepare product for transfer and/or final processing; inspect output for quality and accuracy.
• Perform machine clean-up, setup, and minor maintenance; clean debris and inspect equipment.
• Respond to machinery breakdowns and/or material upsets; restore machine to working condition to minimize downtime.
• Review material availability with necessary teams and assist in securing materials to meet production schedule; maintain housekeeping in the area.
