Job summary

Rockwell Automation is seeking a Warehouse Associate to perform shipping, receiving, storing and distribution of materials at our Ladysmith, WI site. You will unpack, inspect, log, stock, and prepare items for shipment, report to the Warehouse Supervisor, and maintain accurate records.

The first shift runs Monday through Friday from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, on-site. Basic requirements include a High School Diploma or GED and legal work authorization in the U.S.

Job Description

You will perform the physical or administrative tasks involved in the shipping, receiving, storing and distributing of materials, parts, supplies and equipment. Unpack and check goods received against purchase orders or invoices, maintains records of received goods and rejects unsatisfactory items. Lift heavy items and may operate a forklift. Prepare and maintain records of merchandise shipped. Post weights and shipping charges and prepares goods for final shipment. Examine, stock and distribute materials in inventory and on manufacturing lines. May prepare kitting packages for assembly production. You will report to the Warehouse Supervisor and work onsite in Ladysmith, WI. This is a 1st shift position, M-F working hours 6:00am-2:30pm.
