You will prepare dishes per Harry's standards, keep stations clean, and follow safety and sanitation guidelines. Flexible scheduling includes days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of food preparation experience.
• Experience with quantity food preparation preferred.
• General knowledge of cooking procedures, weights and measurements.
• Demonstrate cooking skills and ability to follow established menus and recipes.
• Ability to work effectively within a team with a positive attitude.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to all company specs and quality standards.
• Flexible schedule with the ability to work days, nights, weekends & holidays.
• Stable work history.

Responsibilities
