Job summary

Harry's Seafood Bar & Grille in Lakeland, FL is seeking an experienced line cook to join our kitchen team. This position is part-time and requires the ability to prepare dishes per Harry's standards, maintain a clean station, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes teamwork, accuracy in weights and measurements, and adherence to safety and sanitation practices. A high school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of one year of prep experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of food preparation experience.
• Experience with quantity food preparation preferred.
• General knowledge of cooking procedures, weights and measurements.
• Demonstrate cooking skills and ability to follow established menus and recipes.
• Ability to work effectively within a team with a positive attitude.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to all company specs and quality standards.
• Demonstrating a high level of organization, cleanliness and a sense-of-urgency.
• Flexible schedule with the ability to work days, nights, weekends & holidays.
• Stable work history.
