Job summary

BrightStar Care of Amarillo is seeking a dedicated LVN to provide in-home nursing services across Amarillo, TX and surrounding Texas Panhandle communities. You will deliver one-on-one care, follow patient care plans, and collaborate with a care team to ensure comfort and safety in a home setting.

This full-time role offers a flexible schedule with after-hours rotation. Base pay is $900–$1,000 per week plus incentives, with locally owned support and opportunities for clinical growth.

Qualifications

• Active LVN license in Texas
• 1+ year LVN experience
• Wound care experience preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care per patient plan of care
• Perform wound care as needed
• Administer medications
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition
• Communicate with care team about patient needs and progress

How You’ll Make a Difference

As an LVN on our skilled team, you’ll provide one-on-one care to patients in their homes, helping them receive the care and support they need in a familiar environment. Your responsibilities may include:

• Providing skilled nursing care according to the patient’s plan of care
• Wound care
• Medication administration
• Monitoring and reporting changes in patient condition
• Communicating with the care team regarding patient needs and progress
• Building meaningful relationships with patients and their families

What You’ll Need
