BrightStar Care of Lubbock in Amarillo, TX is seeking a compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide skilled nursing visits in patients' homes. You will perform wound care, administer medications, and deliver other home-based nursing services according to each patient's care plan.

This PRN role offers flexible scheduling, weekend availability, and the chance to work closely with patients, delivering one-on-one care while traveling between visits.

How You Will Make a Difference

As an LVN on our skilled team, you will provide skilled nursing visits to patients in the home setting. Your responsibilities may include:

• Wound care
• Medication administration
• Other skilled nursing services based on patient needs

We value flexibility and patient-centered care, so you’ll work closely with your patients to help determine visit schedules.

This role involves travel between patient visits, so reliable transportation is required.

What’s Required to Join Our Team
