Join Our Team as a Skilled Laborer at Town of Natick

The Town of Natick is accepting applications for the position of Skilled Laborer in the Department of Public Works, Division of Land Facilities and Natural Resources.

Responsibilities include:

• Maintenance of open fields, parks, and commons, including mowing, trimming, planting, pruning, and snow/ice removal.
• Operation and maintenance of various vehicles and equipment such as trucks, mowers, chain saws, and hand tools.
• Supporting landscaping projects and ensuring safe working conditions in compliance with safety regulations.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Massachusetts Class D Driver’s License; CDL preferred or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• Three years of experience in construction, landscaping, building maintenance, or related fields.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds, work in all weather conditions, and perform physically demanding labor.

Preferred Qualifications: Hoisting licenses, experience with municipal or public works operations, knowledge of irrigation, carpentry, electrical, or plumbing work.
