Qualifications

• Experience in construction, manufacturing, production, or general labor environments.
• Skilled in using hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Ability to prepare rebar, build/assemble aluminum concrete forms, and follow blueprints and measurements.
• Able to lift and move up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced indoor/outdoor environment.
• Reliable attendance, strong work ethic, and safety-focused, including proper use of PPE and maintaining a clean work area.
• Concrete/precast, rebar, fabrication, form-building, or forklift experience is preferred.
