Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience in a variety of construction tasks and be ready to work in a fast-paced, physical environment. The laborer will assist skilled tradesmen and perform a wide range of duties on construction sites, including site preparation, material handling, and general labor support.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the setup and cleanup of construction sites, including debris removal
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
• Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
• Support framing, roofing, siding, and other structural tasks as needed
• Measure, cut, and assemble materials according to project plans
• Help install windows, doors, drywall, and flooring
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times
• Follow all safety protocols and company policies
• Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisors
