Are you interested in working on high-profile bridge projects and supporting the country's infrastructure? RJ Watson is a growing local manufacturer of bridge components, and we are seeking a Utility Multi-purpose worker to assist in our Fabrication department. The ideal candidate is well-rounded in operating equipment such as grinders, band saws, manual mills, table saws, and power tools. Knowledge of fabrication practices, crane and rigging operations, and forklift operation is preferred but not required.

The Utility position provides assistance across all shop departments as needed. On-the-job training is available in every department, and daily tasks may vary based on production needs.

Requirements

• 1-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment or equivalent field experience (preferred)
• General shop labor skills and basic knowledge of shop equipment
