Reports To: Superintendent, Project Manager or Division Manager

Skilled Laborers are craftspersons that are proficient in all trades of construction, including but not limited to framing, insulation, hanging drywall, finish drywall, paint, finish trim and doors, flooring, exterior siding and trim, etc. They are responsible for managing the project and following the scope of work provided by the Project Manager or Division Manager and Superintendent. Must also be proficient at time management, material take offs, and customer communication.

  • Locate, order, and/or purchase materials per scope of project and submit receipts to office personnel.
  • Communicate all activity to customers and restoration team.
  • Record labor activity per job.
