Western Specialty Contractors is currently looking for self-motivated, top-notch individuals to serve as Skilled Laborers at our Austin, TX branch. If you have a strong work ethic and a personality focused on customer satisfaction, we would love to meet you!

Responsibilities

• Perform work within your craft area according to accepted standards.
• Experience in trades such as masonry, waterproofing, caulking, or concrete repair is preferred.
• Assist with general labor tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Experience in a trade or craft preferred; ability to demonstrate reading, writing, and math skills.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift 50+ pounds, climb ladders/scaffolds, and work at heights or in extreme temperatures.
• Must have own tools of the trade.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Ability to work weekends, nights, or out of town if necessary.
