Western Specialty Contractors is seeking self-motivated individuals to serve as Skilled Laborers at our San Antonio, TX branch. Ideal candidates will have a strong work ethic and excellent personality traits to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Perform work within designated areas following accepted craft standards.
• Various trades including Masonry, Tuckpointing, Waterproofing, Caulking, and Concrete Repair, with specific tasks outlined for each.
• Assist with general labor duties as required.

Requirements

• Experience in a trade or craft preferred; ability to demonstrate reading, writing, and math skills.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift 50 pounds, climb ladders, and work at heights and in extreme temperatures.
• Ability to read drawings and identify hazards.
• Own hand tools of the trade; reliable transportation.
• Willingness to work weekends, nights, out of town, and at heights.
