Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair all kitchen equipment.
• Read and follow kitchen equipment control and power schematics.
• Perform preventative maintenance and log it.
• Assist in training fellow employees in kitchen equipment repair.
• Monitor and repair propane systems.
• Maintain up-to-date as-built drawings.
