Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Analyze, diagnose, and resolve customer problems in a courteous, professional, timely, and accurate manner.
• Perform service and maintenance on HVAC equipment and accessories.
• Deliver excellent customer service and promote products and services.
• Communicate with dispatch to provide status reports.
• Handle delivery and removal of parts and equipment.
• Record required information on handheld device and complete forms neatly.
• Maintain company vehicle, stock, and tools; ensure proper use.
• Follow safety procedures and PPE requirements.
