Job summary

CMES, Inc. is seeking Laborer I–III to support construction projects at our Norcross, GA site. Responsibilities include assisting crews, following safety rules, and maintaining tools while keeping the work area clean and organized.

Candidates should be able to lift up to 50 lbs, perform basic tasks on-site, and communicate in English with management and teammates. Training and development are available on multi-level laborer roles.

Qualifications

  • Entry-level laborer capable of following safety procedures and OSHA rules.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform tasks on a construction site.
  • Must be able to communicate in English with management and coworkers.

Responsibilities

  • Assist on-site tasks for construction projects across Laborer I–III levels.
  • Follow safety procedures and wear required PPE at all times.
  • Maintain tools and inventory, and keep the site clean and organized.
  • Assist with form work, rebar, and material handling as directed by supervisors.
  • Communicate any issues or needs to the Site Foreman promptly.
