Staker Parson Companies, a CRH company, is hiring for a skilled operator to run loaders, backhoes, track hoes, and haul trucks. You will ensure safe, efficient operation and help maintain job-site records on a daily basis.

The role calls for experience with heavy equipment, strong safety awareness, and the ability to work well in a team under varied conditions. GED or HS diploma preferred, valid driver's license beneficial.

Qualifications

• Previous heavy equipment operation experience or training preferred.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and write simple correspondence.
• Ability to perform basic math and measurements.
• Strong teamwork and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.
• Ensure safe slopes on excavations and proper barricading.
• Locate utilities and buried lines prior to digging.
• Record time and materials and perform basic maintenance tasks.
