Job summary

Staker Parson Companies is seeking a skilled Equipment Operator to safely and efficiently operate loaders, backhoes, track hoes, haul trucks, and related equipment. This role requires vigilance for safety, proper barricading, and adherence to trenching standards on job sites.

Overtime could be available for various shifts. Prior crushing experience and light maintenance are helpful for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Able to operate multiple heavy equipment types safely and efficiently.
• Knowledge of safety procedures, barricading, and slope safety.
• Ability to read simple instructions and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Operate loaders, backhoes, track hoes, haul trucks, and other equipment safely.
• Maintain accurate time and material records.
• Identify utilities before digging and follow trenching/shoring standards.
• Perform minor servicing and refer major problems to supervisor.
