Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or high school equivalence certificate.
• Technical or vocational training in mechanical assembly or related field preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in heavy equipment assembly or similar mechanical field.

Responsibilities

• Assemble heavy agriculture equipment, including tractors, harvesters, and other farming machinery.
• Inspect and test equipment to ensure all systems are functioning properly and meet quality standards.
• Read and interpret technical diagrams, schematics, and blueprints to guide assembly processes.
• Collaborate with team members to efficiently complete assembly projects within set timelines.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to safety guidelines and best practices.
• Ensure proper handling of tools and machinery, adhering to safety protocols.
• Work with parts inventory and report shortages or issues with parts to the supervisor.
• Other duties as assigned
