Job summary

Manitou Group in Yankton, SD is seeking an entry to mid-level assembler to support the assembly of heavy and large mechanical products per specifications in line with the production schedule. The role is onsite, 1st Shift – Mon–Thu, 5:00 a.m.

– 3:30 p.m., with overtime as needed. You will work with a team, follow work instructions, use power tools, and contribute to continuous improvement while maintaining safety and efficiency on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Preferred manufacturing experience.
• Able to multitask and work in a team.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe work environment and follow safety policies.
• Operate, maintain, and use safety equipment.
• Check results for conformance to print/specifications.
• Cross train as needed and work without close supervision.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Overtime may be required.
