Key Responsibilities of the Skilled General Laborer:

• Perform general labor duties including lifting, moving materials, basic assembly, and machine support.
• Assist with setup, operation, and maintenance of industrial equipment (training provided).
• Use hand tools and follow detailed instructions and safety procedures.
• Support production goals by working efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Learn and apply new skills that support team and business success.
• Collaborate with coworkers and supervisors to improve workflow and safety.

What You’ll Need as a Skilled General Laborer:

• At least 1–2 years of recent work experience in labor, production, or warehouse environments.
• Desire to build a career—not just work a job—especially in manufacturing or skilled trades.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs, stay active on your feet, and work in fast-paced environments.
• Strong mechanical aptitude or interest in learning how machines and tools work.
• Willingness to train in areas like forklift driving, CNC operation, or quality inspection.
• Reliable transportation and a strong attendance record.
