RQ Construction is quickly becoming one of the leading players in the commercial & government industry on the East Coast. We are currently seeking Mechanical General Laborer candidates to join our team at Norfolk Naval Shipyard in Portsmouth, Virginia.

As a Mechanical General Laborer, you will be responsible for performing tasks that involve physical labor using hand and power tools of all types, with prior carpentry skills preferred. You may also assist other craft workers, clean and prepare sites, clear rubble and debris, and operate power construction equipment. All tasks must adhere to safety practices supporting RQ's Mission, Vision, and Values. RQ Construction emphasizes employee growth through on-the-job training and certifications, with prevailing wages paid on military installations.
Pay: $20.00 - 25.00 per hour
