Follow verbal and written directions from supervisors or team leads.

Complete assigned tasks independently or as part of a small team.

Maintain work areas, tools, and equipment in a clean and safe condition.

Assist with setup and cleanup of job sites as needed.

Communicate clearly with coworkers and supervisors to ensure tasks are completed correctly and on time.

What You’ll Need:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Prior experience in general labor, landscaping, utilities, or outdoor work is helpful but not required.
