Job summary

Flying A Pumping Services is seeking a motivated Frac Equipment Operator II to operate and maintain fracturing equipment for oil and gas well services in Texas. The role entails setup, execution, and breakdown of frac gear with strict adherence to safety protocols.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of frac equipment experience, a strong understanding of hydraulic fracturing procedures, and a CDL with endorsements is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of frac equipment operation experience.
• Strong understanding of hydraulic fracturing procedures and safety practices.
• Valid CDL with endorsements strongly preferred.
• Ability to work in a team and follow supervisor directions.

Responsibilities

• Operates fracturing equipment, including pumps, blenders, and data acquisition systems, following job specifications.
• Conducts pre- and post-job equipment inspections and maintenance.
• Assists in rig-up and rig-down of frac equipment on location.
• Monitors and controls pressure and rate during the frac job to meet specifications.
• Troubleshoots mechanical issues and performs minor repairs as needed.
• Keeps accurate records of equipment performance and maintenance logs.
