• Flat top grill experience is a must.
• Manual dexterity and physical ability to stand for extended periods.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Capability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow directions from Team Leads.
• Preferred: experience on a fast-paced kitchen line.
• Preferred: multitasking and following recipes.
• Strong teamwork and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
• Assist the team in daily kitchen operations and food production planning.
• Ensure all food is stored, handled, and cooked in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Communicate effectively with team members.
