• Ability to read site plans, grade stakes, and layouts.
• OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment such as excavators, skid steers, loaders, and backhoes safely.
• Perform excavation, grading, trenching, and material handling for concrete projects.
• Assist with site prep for foundations, slabs, footings, and flatwork.
• Support concrete crews during forming, pouring, and placement operations.
• Read and interpret blueprints, grade stakes, and site plans.
• Conduct daily pre-trip inspections and basic maintenance of equipment.
• Monitor and adjust equipment operation to maintain grade and alignment.
• Load, move, and place materials safely across the job site.
• Follow all OSHA and company safety protocols at all times.
• Maintain clean and organized job site conditions.

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Equipment Operator with concrete experience to support our concrete and civil construction projects.
