Job summary

Brook & Whittle Ltd. is a North America‑leading Sustainable Labeling Solutions provider delivering pressure sensitive, flexographic and shrink sleeve labels. The selected candidate will operate die cutting equipment, drive quality, and support continuous improvement initiatives at our Kansas facility.

Starting pay is $16.00 per hour plus shift differential, with a 37‑hour schedule paid as 40 hours. This role requires safety compliance, teamwork, and the ability to lift up to 20 pounds.

Qualifications

• Must have HS Diploma or GED.
• Able to pass drug screen and background check.
• Eligible to work in the United States without restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand the job jacket to gather materials and dies.
• Set up the machine: position dies, align materials, adjust settings.
• Test a run and obtain supervisor sign-off.
• Monitor output quality and perform inspections.
• Conduct routine machine maintenance for efficiency.
• Follow safety procedures and cooperate with maintenance.
