The position is full-time in Kansas with pay starting at $16.00 per hour plus shift differential. Night shifts run from Sunday 10:00pm to 7:00am, with 37 hours worked but 40 paid. Safety and teamwork are emphasized in daily duties.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Read and understand job jackets to assemble dies and materials.
• Maintain accurate setups and adjust machine parameters as required.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand job jacket to ensure you have the required materials and die needed to complete the job.
• Set up machine by positioning dies, aligning materials and adjusting machine settings as needed.
• Test a run to check the positioning is correct; supervisor sign-off required.
• Monitor output quality and perform inspections to meet specifications.
• Conduct routine machine maintenance for efficient operation.
• Follow safety procedures and policies.
• Collaborate with other departments and maintenance personnel on projects.
• Focus on continuous improvement, quality, safety, and cost reductions.
• Comply with company policies and core processes.
• Maintain daily and timely attendance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
