Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Cut/ slice cheese, meat, poultry, and seafood as needed.
• Wash, peel, and cut produce for cooking or serving.
• Complete prep responsibilities and adhere to prep lists.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards.
• Stock and transport kitchen supplies and equipment.
• Maintain clean and orderly kitchen work areas.
