Qualifications

• High School degree or equivalent is required.
• Valid Driver’s License is required.
• Food Handler Certification is required.
• Knowledge of customer service principles is expected.
• Prior hospitality/food industry experience is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Follow recipes and presentation guidelines to prepare high quality food for guests.
• Prepare ingredients and stations used in cooking.
• Cut or slice cheese, meat, poultry, and seafood for cooking.
• Wash, peel, and cut fruits and vegetables for cooking or serving.
• Complete prep responsibilities and adhere to prep lists for timely delivery to tables.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards to ensure guest safety.
• Meet guest special requests with high quality standards.
• Stock kitchen supplies and move food and equipment as needed.
• Keep work areas, equipment, and utensils clean and orderly.
