Location: Norfolk, Nebraska
Type: Full-time, on-site
Pay: $22–$26/hour (based on experience)

Our client is looking for several experienced Skilled Construction Laborers for a long-term project in the Norfolk, NE area. If you have a solid background in construction—especially concrete work—and are looking for stable, well-paid work with benefits, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

• Perform a variety of hands-on construction tasks including concrete work, site prep, and general labor
• Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Follow safety guidelines and wear required protective gear
• Collaborate with supervisors and teammates to keep projects on track
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 5 years of construction experience, including concrete work
• Physical ability to handle labor-intensive tasks
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
• Basic English communication skills
