Wagman Heavy Civil, Inc. is seeking Concrete Laborers to join their team in Norfolk, Virginia. These individuals will support the Latex Modified Concrete Division, assisting with a variety of construction tasks on site. The ideal candidates are reliable, safety-conscious, and have experience or interest in heavy highway or bridge construction. This is a hands-on role with opportunities for growth and development within a respected, family-owned company.

What You’ll Need

• High School Diploma or GED preferred (relevant work experience accepted)
• 1+ years experience in construction preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively and take instructions
• Reliable transportation
• Familiarity with paving, concrete, highway and/or bridge construction
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds from ground to waist and 30 pounds above shoulder
• Ability to work at heights up to 150 feet
• Continuous standing and walking throughout shift
• Ability to climb ladders, bend, squat, kneel, and crawl
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Acceptable corrected vision and hearing
• Ability to work on uneven surfaces and in confined spaces
• Subject to drug testing and compliance policies as a Federal Contractor
