Qualifications

• Reads blueprints and building plans to determine material needs.
• Performs skilled construction across multiple trades.
• Maintains safety and follows OSHA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Studies plans and marks cutting and layout lines on materials.
• Shapes and assembles materials and ensures alignment.
• Builds stairs, partitions, and cabinet work.
• Installs window frames, doors, and trim.
• Erects scaffolding and ladders for elevated work.
• Read weld symbols and ensure weld quality (for welders).
• Levels and finishes concrete surfaces to spec.
• Performs millwright duties reading blueprints and moving equipment.
• Leads Laborers and other workers in absence of Foreman/Superintendent.
• Ensures safety and incident reporting per procedures.
