Job summary

American Homestays, LLC dba AmeriBuild is seeking a Construction Laborer to support renovation and property-improvement projects in Baltimore. You will assist carpentry and licensed trades, handle materials, and help maintain safe, organized jobsites while following project plans and supervisor guidance.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent; OSHA-10 is preferred. This is a full-time, hourly position with a standard benefits package and local project assignments throughout

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; OSHA 10 preferred.
• Experience in construction or property maintenance preferred.
• Ability to follow plans, safety rules and supervisor directions.

Responsibilities

• Support renovation, repair, and property-improvement work; assist carpentry and licensed trades.
• Demolition, cleanup, material handling, measuring, cutting, assembling, installation support.
• Photograph progress, document work, and report hazards or issues to supervisor.
