Job summary

American Homestays, LLC dba Ameribuild seeks a Construction Laborer to support renovation, repair, and property-improvement projects in Baltimore City and surrounding areas. You will assist carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC trades, handle materials, measure and cut, and maintain safe, organized jobsites while following project plans and safety requirements.

OSHA 10, CPR/First Aid are preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of two years hands-on construction experience.
• Proficiency with common hand and power tools.
• Ability to follow project plans, measurements, and supervisor directions.
• Reliable transportation to project locations required.
• OSHA 10, CPR/First Aid preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Demolition, cleanup, material handling, measuring, cutting, assembling, installation support.
• Jobsite organization and safety compliance.
• Assist carpentry and licensed plumbing, electrical, HVAC professionals.
• Photograph work progress and complete daily records.
• Report safety hazards and jobsite issues to supervisor.
